On 23/10/2023, LINGHUA Company successfully conducted a safety production inspection for thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) materials to ensure product quality and employee safety.
This inspection mainly focuses on the research and development, production, and warehousing of TPU materials, aiming to identify and correct existing safety hazards and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. During the inspection process, relevant officials and staff conducted detailed inspections of each link and promptly rectified any issues found.
Firstly, during the research and development phase of TPU materials, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the laboratory’s safety facilities, chemical management, and waste disposal. In response to the identified issues, the inspection team requested the R&D department to strengthen chemical management, standardize experimental operation procedures, and ensure safety during the R&D process.
Secondly, during the production phase of TPU materials, the inspection team conducted inspections on the safety facilities, equipment maintenance, and employee operation standards of the production line. For the discovered equipment safety hazards, the inspection team requires the production department to immediately rectify and strengthen equipment maintenance and upkeep to ensure the normal operation of the production line.
Finally, during the storage phase of TPU materials, the inspection team conducted inspections on the warehouse’s fire protection facilities, chemical storage, and management. In response to the identified issues, the inspection team requested the warehouse management department to strengthen chemical storage management, standardize chemical labeling and ledger management, and ensure the safe storage and use of chemicals.
The successful conduct of this safety production inspection not only improved the safety awareness of the company’s employees, but also further ensured the quality and production safety of TPU materials. Relevant officials and staff demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and professionalism during the inspection process, making positive contributions to the company’s safety production.
